General information about your stay
Check-in is between 3pm and 5pm. However, thanks to the home automation system, the property is accessible 24 hours a day, allowing guests to arrive outside of the specified times.
Check-out must be completed by 10am on the day of departure.
Yes, small dogs are allowed. There is a supplement of €15 per night.
Please notify us of your pet’s presence at the time of booking.
Yes, the property has a free private car park available for guests, located near the entrance. The car park is not covered.
Yes, the entire property is covered by free Wi-Fi, available to all guests.
Yes, our property has its own wine cellar, where you can book guided tours and tastings of Valdobbiadene DOCG wines.
A short distance away, between 5 and 10 minutes by car, there are numerous typical local restaurants, which we will be happy to recommend based on your preferences.
Non-refundable bookings, as indicated at the time of confirmation, cannot be cancelled or refunded.
For refundable bookings, you can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before the date of arrival. After this deadline, the full amount of the booking will be charged.

Breakfast is served from 7.30am to 10am, with fresh, local produce to start the day off right.

Wellness Area
In our wellness area, you’ll find a heated indoor whirlpool tub, a sensory shower, a Finnish sauna and a Turkish bath. Upstairs, there’s a special area where you can relax and drink herbal tea.
Access to the wellness area is not included in the price of the room. It costs €30 per person, for two hours. Only guests staying in a Junior Suite can enter for free.
Yes, our wellness area is only for guests staying at our agritourism establishment.
Yes, you need to book a time slot in advance in order to use the wellness area.
We are open from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM, except on weekends and holidays, when we extend our hours to ensure adequate service for all guests.

Outdoor swimmingpool
The outdoor pool is not heated, so it is open from June to September.
The pool is open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

There are enough sun loungers for all of the rooms, as well as a number of umbrellas. If all of the umbrellas are taken, there are also trees to provide shade for guests in the pool area.
